Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 200g Button mushrooms (8oz)
- 2 table spoons of Garlic Whirl
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional 1 clove of garlic (sliced ) & dash of pepper sauces
Method
- Wash & dry the mushrooms, Keep whole or slice
- Heat the Garlic whirl in a small pan, (Add extra sliced garlic to taste)
- Cook at a medium heat for a few minutes to the mushroom start to colour
- Add Salt & pepper to taste, & a dash of pepper sauces (Optional)
- Place mushrooms onto a pre heated small dish & top with the buttery juices
